The RFEF and the FFCV have announced the start dates for national and regional competitions for the 2021/22 season.

VCF Mestalla will start the competition on the first weekend of September, with the first day of the new Tercera RFEF competition. The team led by Miguel Ángel Angulo will begin to prepare for the new season on July 12th with the start of preseason, and the regular phase will take place between September 5th and May 22nd.
VCF Juvenil A will also begin their adventure in the División de Honor on September 5th, as part of Group 7. Between September 5th and May 29th, the 34 matchdays of the regular competition will take place, followed by the Copa de Campiones. The Copa del Rey Juvenil will be played between January and April.
VCF Juvenil B will play in Group VIII of the Liga Nacional as a unified group, instead of the two sub-groups used for the previous campaign. The season will also start in the first weekend of September.
The VCF Academy teams that participate in the Liga Autónoma -VCF Cadete A, Fundación Cadete, VCF Infantil A and Fundación Infantil- will also play on the first weekend of September. A new format features two subgroups, with two stages: A first group phase with 10 teams and a second with 10 other teams. The 36-matchday season will end on June 5th.
Finally, VCF Infantil B will play in the Regional Preferente Infantil from October 3rd.
As for the women's 11-a-side teams, VCF Femenino B will kick off the Liga Nacional on September 5th, as will VCF Femenino C in the Autonómica Valenta competition.
October 3rd will see the start of VCF Femenino D's season in Primera Valenta and VCF Femenino Infantil's in Regional Preferente.
